Perched above St James’s Park, this bespoke residential design project at The Broadway was envisioned as a primary residence for a young family of five. Elicyon’s brief was to create a sanctuary in the sky, balancing breathtaking views of Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, and Westminster Cathedral with interiors that feel calm, elegant, and deeply personal.
A palette of warm neutrals is enriched with layers of soft blues and greens, punctuated with joyful pops of yellow, bringing warmth and vibrancy to the home. Playfulness meets practicality in a bespoke bunk room with a climbing wall and rope ladder, designed for the youngest children to enjoy. Alongside family spaces, a self-contained study provides a carefully considered environment for work, with acoustics and lighting tailored for focus and comfort. The result is a home that celebrates London’s iconic skyline while offering the family a true sense of retreat.
